We did had a wonderful time in Siena and your Hotel. The staff was very nice and I will recomended in the future to any one. The hotel is very clean ,the service excellent everything. I will stay again next year with my family . Thank again for everything.

Bedroom, although just renovated, was small, too full of furniture - wardrobe intruded into bed space. Air conditioning was not working and room was very hot and we were not advised of this until we could hardly bear to be in the room. Also had trouble with bed head lighting and staff were unhelpful in fixing it. One receptionist, an older man, was very rude and arrogant and made for a bad feeling for the hotel. Breakfasts were very good. No parking was a hassel as car had to be parked over night in a public car park at the bottom of the hill (quite a distance from the hotel) and it was difficult to get parks.
