Expensive for facilities the hotel offered. We had a very poor room at the back of the hotel off the service corridor. We found a live cockroach outside our room one evening. When reported to the reception desk, they gave the impression that they were not in the least intetested and even took exception to our drawing it to their attention. I woukld not recommend this hotel to anyone !

Very nice place to stay. Quite a unique sort of place..a bit like a riad, if you have ever stayed at one. Good size room and very clean. Breakfast expensive at 16.00 euro p/p but a very good selection if you wish to partake. I think the service at the bar could be a little better. You seem to have to wait around for long periods. Hey, but it is Spain....

Most of the staff (female) were not keen to help, seemed to prefer to stand arround chatting rather than deal with customers. There was no information available about Seville in the hotel. Access to the hotel was difficult due to one way street system.

A 4 star hotel working to a 2 star(-) service standard (siesta applies for 20 hours per day!). Check promised a lot - after sales failed to live up to promise. Would try another hotel in future!

I had an excellent stay in this hotel. The location was great the hotel was beatiful and the service were good. I highly recommend people staying in this hotel.
