Very unpersonal and uninterested staff. Coffee for breakfast was not drinkable, and the person in charge just ignored our remark. Even a greeting stays without reply. We had a nice but small room, rather basic than full tech. Location of the Hotel is OK. A nice extra is the free use of internet at the income hall. If you pay the full rate, this hotel is more than overrated. We would not go back, mostly due the staff.

Hotel is almost impossible to find by car - no directions supplied by the hotel and it took us hours to find due to traffic restrictions! We eneded up parking in a public car park (near Bull fighting arena and walked to the hotel) We were given a tiny room on the first night of our stay but upgraded the following two nights. Hotel is very clean and in a good location but it is quite noisy and lacking in character. I'm sure there are nicer places to stay in Seville - I wouldn't really recommend it.

Marvellous location, 5mins walk from cathedral/giraldella, and a further 2mins to Alcazar. No restaurant or bar for evening meals or drinks, but for tea and coffee there is a Starbucks opposite the cathedral. Breakfast buffet good with range of cereals, cold meats, breads, with hot food as scrambled eggs and sausages. Air Conditioner works a treat in the high spec rooms (flat screen TV, glass chair, glass sink). Airport bus sets you down in Av. El Cid, about 5mins from Pl. de Espana, and a ten minute walk from the hotel.

You could not ask for a more central location. All the main sites were within 5 mins walking and plenty of restuarants available. The hotel staff were especially helpfull and willing to provide maps, directions and general advice.

Chose the hotel because it had broadband in all rooms. Broadband was fine, but couldn't get VPN connection and no one in the hotel understood the set up. No facilities in hotel other than the rooms and a breakfast area, but it's in a good area with good Tapas bars close by. Handy for most areas.
