A magnificent hotel with friendly staff and great facilities. The buffet breakfast was superb. The main restaurant was excellent. Dinner for 2 with wine starts at around 60 euros. I recommend the paella, but give at least 45 minutes notice as they prepare it from scratch. There was a good supermarket just across the road. The only drawback was a rather uninteresting 15 minute walk to get into the main part of the town.

The person at the desk, Juan, was VERY competent and helpful. However, he was overwhelmed, many a time he was the only person there, and had to take all incoming calls while servicing the people at the reception desk. This is NOT what I expect at your hotels. The breakfast was very disappointing, more appropriate for a 3-star hotel. The variety was poor, the coffee was bad, the service not so good. While I am at it: I continued to Granada, stayed on the following day at hotel Granada Center. There, the breakfast was even worse than in Seville and the service at breakfast was not so good. The coffee was also bad. Also the people at the desk were not as competent. The TV did not have CNN and BBC, which was disappointing.
