Much further from the center of the city than we had imagined... it was about a 20 minute walk. The room was fairly small, but no window to the outside; the only window opened up to the hotel breakfast area. Room is fairly clean except the shaving kit which was included in the bathroom had a USED razor in it! Yuck!

A brilliant hotel, but its location could be a problem for families with children. Staff spoke good english and were extremely helpful in all other matters.

We were moved to another hotel because there were some problems with the electricity. The new hotel was Hotel Giralda, which was supposed to be egually good. We got a room, that seemed to be one of the cheapest, and f.ex. it didn´t have a minibar, which was one of the facilities our original room should have had. (we like cold drinks in hot weather!) Also it seemed old and very used, and we oedered a room at Regina, because it seemed newly refurbinished. So we had a big dissapointment, when we were moved to something less than we have expected, and payed for.

Hotel was very nice and well situated for the old part of the city. Bit tricky to find driving in, but big plus was underground car park as Sevilla is a city where a car is a liability, park and walk!

We stayed for 6 nights and were very happy with the standard of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellant. There are not many restaurants close by but it's only a 15 minute stroll downtown. We would certainly stay there again in the future.

Bedroom/beds very comfortable and well maintained during visit. Service great as was breakfast. Hotel v well placed for visiting old Seville: everything in easy walking distance. And taxis, when needed, were quickly whistled up. At the price you gave us, we were well pleased.

Great hotel and service. You'll need to take a bus though to go to most attractions. The bus is cheap and runs regularly.

People at the reception should have much more polite approach towards the guests. Positive attitude should be shown by the hotel staff while taking into account the request of the clients.

We found the hotel very well located for the tourist trail. It was clean, quiet and spacious and we would stay there again.

Very good value and it is possible to park on street with a bit of patience and determination. On the down side it is about a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre and up to half an hour walk from many of the main sights which is fine when the weather is good but is a nightmare in the rain.

Once we found our bearings the location the town was easily accessed using the buses which were very frequent. The street lighting is excellent (compared to some UK towns) which made you feel safe to be out in the evening. The staff were very helpful. The facilities for our stay were very adequate as we had no intentions of staying in the hotel during the day.
