The room was smelling from the sewagepipes in the bathroom. No cover for the very dirty pillows. Our request to change for another room was not accepted, even that the hotell was not full.

The location of the hotel is great if you have picked up a car at seville airport and intend to drive around andalucia - it is right on the freeway with lockable garage. Do not drive to town as bus is just around corner from hotel. The hotel looks very basic from outside but inside better - big rooms with good breakfast. Not much English spoken except for 1 reception girl who was very helpful. Pleasantly surprised with this hotel

The Hotel is located far away from the Santa cruz quarter. You can have a taxi but it will cost you 6-8 Euro and about 10 minutes.

It's much further away from the airport than the information suggests and the directions to get there are very poor - especially if you dont speak spanish!

I am appalled at the rating and cost of this sub-standard hotel. The location was misleading, 3 twin beds were 2 beds and a cot. You charged me $145 nad the hotel rate was 82 euros. I was ripped off. Laura Norris

Two complaints: 1. The staff should explain that the bus route to the city centre has a retrurn route that means you have to get off at the same stop you got on. WE were not advised of this and ended up walking on a dangerous road. 2. I received a Fax sent on the 6th May on the 9th- it was intended to reach me on the 8th
