We had a broken lock on our door, so we could not get into our room after dinner. The only non-card key was with the maintenance man who was gone to the airport. We tiredly needed to wait in our friends' room for him to let us in! Good thing they were there or we would have been laying down in the lobby! I think we should get monetary compensation on the room, and I wrote a letter requesting such for the manager, but have not heard anything yet.
