EVERYTING IS ALRIGHT. BUT THE STAFF NEEDS TO STUDY THE PLACES AROUND THE HOTEL BETTER AS IN FOOD,SHOPPINGS, I MEAN THESE ARE SOME BASICS CUSTOMER SERVICE STUFF. OTHER THAN THAT ITS ALL GOOD EXCEPT FOR THE BREAKFAST.TRY IMPLEMENT A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST BUFFET, I MEAN IM STAYIN AT THE BEST WESTERN EXECUTIVE NOT THE BEST WESTERN LOYAL>>THEY DO SERVE BFAST BUFFET AND ITS COMPLIMENTARY.
