THE COMPLAINT I HAVE IS NOT WITH THE HOTEL, BUT WITH THE FACT THAT I HAD NO RESERVATION WHEN I ARRIVED ALTHOUGH MY CREDIT CARD HAD ALREADY BEEN USED AND THE ROOM PAID FOR (OR SO I THOUGHT) THE PROBLEM WAS WITH THE 3RD PARTY PAYEE FLAIRVIEW TRAVEL WHOSE CREDIT CARD WAS DENIED. THIS WAS A VERY TROUBLING SITUATION AND I EXPECT AN EXPLANATON AS I WILL PURSUE IT FURTHER.
