Great location, just across the street from the Harbor, beach and pier. Downtown Santa Barbara is walkable alongs as you don't plan on buying a lot of things in town. The Enterprise Fish Co. located on State street between the railroad tracks and the 101 freeway is a must for seafood/steak lovers.

The beach and the State Street are within walking distances. The only down side is that you can hear people walking and talking outside the room clearly.
