I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean but the hotel in general could use an upgrade.

Hotels in San Juan are expensive, so this hotel provides good value for the money. We had a comfortable stay and the room was spacious and clean. You are walking distance to nice restaurants and bars, and not too far by cab from some of the other main areas of San Juan. I'd recommend this hotel if it's your best price option and you don't have expectations beyond a nice, simple hotel with no frills.
