i got suprised that they served tea, cofee, and snacks hole day long for free of charge. Breakfast was excellent. It was not so far to bus or tram and metro station. I would reccomend to u all.

Loved this hotel for the price and it is close to the train station. Was disappointed with the service but I can't tell if it was because of the language barrier (they were limited on their English) or they were just rude and not helpful when we asked anything. This hotel offers a laundry room for guests which was being renovated when we were there but is a great idea for people traveling for an extended period of time. I did leave two items in the closet and they were nice enough (for a fee) to send my items on to my next destination.

It's near the metro if you can find the right exit. The breakfast is excellent. The room is tidy and clean but doesn't match 4 stars rating. Free internet service is very good for traveller.

Location of the hotel was good as the metro station was close & you could walk to central Milan in about 20 mins. Room was ok but a bit small especially the bathroom. Linen & towels were changed daily & minibar was free - very useful. Breakfast was so so, hot buffet looked a bit dodgy but croissants & cold meats were ok. Reception desk staff were not too helpful or accomodating only providing enough info when requested.

Wasn't sure as what to expect when booking - but were very happy with everything the Hotel had to offer. Will certainly use this Hotel again and have no qualms about letting others I know all about it. I've been to Milan 3 times now in recent years (2nd time in 2007) and the Hotel made the trip more enjoyable.

I was very happy with the hotel I visited. The sraff where pleasent and always happy to help. Rooms have slightly limited space and addition covers are advised on the beds during cold times.

Windsor Hotel offers a good room at a fair price, a kind hotel staff. The location is good (15 minutes walk to Duomo square). The only disadvantage -but we presume it's not typical for Windsor Hotel- is the quality of the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was ok.

it was a lovely hotel, staff where very helpfull especialy the women on reception. exellent location. one of the most well presented hotels in milan and really modern. abit noisey but probally true of everywhere in milan, hotel id recommend.

We inquired about a festival in Milan, were sent to the wrong metro station, and after a 40 minutes wander-about we discovered that the event starts 5 hours later. A good service means being up-to-date with events in the city, or at least making an effort to ensure you give your guests an accurate and complete info!
