I found the buffet breakfast very nice, it would be better if there was a swimming pool in the hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and has the high level of service you would expect from a 5 star hotel. I changed my room to one that was non-smoking and I noticed that some rooms are looking a bit more tired than others. But the room I stayed in was wonderful, with a very comfortable bed and an amazing shower.

Prior to check in I made a reservation for triple room.At hotel I received a double room with additional bad(usual mistake for many hotels). I received door cards for room 525 but was a mistake because cards fit for room 425. For 3 persons the bathroom is very small and room is not so clean as required for 5 stars hotel. Internet access but hotel charge you and you can't find the rate.Anyway I don't understand why 5 stars hotel looking to charge internet access... No balcony but facilities and position is OK.

I loved the hotel. Facilities, great food, great staff, perfect location and the lucky pricing for only 100EUR/night. Wish I could have stayed longer.

When we got there, they had closed the exercise facilities. We did not know that and if we had known, we would have gone elsewhere. The food at the restaurant is grossly overpriced, even for Italy with 2 eggs at 12 euros with nothing else. In addition, the concierge was very rude and not helpful. So much for a 5 star hotel.
