This was a very basic hotel providing basic accommodation without air conditioning so in warmer weather the room is stuffy. The location was fantastic for people wishing to travel out of Milan as it is walking distance from the main central station. It is also within easy access of the metro system and tram network. There is also a friendly bar next to the hotel that was very accommodation to my self that spoke English.

Worst experience in our 32 day European trip. Booked 4 weeks in advance. Room was not air-conditioned. Fan was recirculating hot air smelling freshly pressed laundry. Opening the window brought in same air from exhaust pipes on roof. Can't breathe. Reception told us that hotel is full. Almost sleepless night, ruined next day. Owner gave us airconditioned room in the morning with a tone as if doing us a favor. Broken reading light took 3 calls, 2 rude replies and 2 days to replace.

The day time manager (old guy) is just down right rude and has no people's skills. While all the other staff are really nice. :)

Excellent situation. Staff were very friendly. It's a 2 star hotel so don't expect the Ritz. However it was clean and quiet. We also had a fantastic room on the top floor with a balcony and excellent view. Would definitely come here again.

Difficult to find, no good parking facilities, but good service, nice and kind and helpfull. Would stay there again if we should go to Milan.

Location is very convenient for arriving/leaving by train; a little less so for walking on foot in the center. Even though at check-in you may be offered a quiet room vs. one facing the street, the walls are so thin that a fart in the common corridor is guaranteed to wake you up. Rooms are clean but shabby, nice view from the quiet ones. No separate shower cabin in the room, just a a shower in the corner of the bathroom. The water is barely warm (sorry, but the only pleasure in the bathroom is probably a piss down the leg...) The biggest turn-off is the restaurant next door at the corner, smelling of rotten fish (being re-offered every now and then), with water and sodas at 4 euros a bottle (and Fanta brought on request for orange juice) and hidden service charges (a light dinner with 2 pastas only, water and the notorious Fanta can totaled 40 euro).

Located close to the Termini Train station while handy it was in an unsavoury neighbourhood. We never felt safe at this location. Badly in need of repairs and redecorating. Small bathroom with tiny shower lacking a shower screen causing everything in the bathroom to get wet. Staff while not unfriendly lacked in friendliness and were not exactly overly helpful. Although stated as having aircon and a fridge in the room it did not have either. Walls were paper thin causing sleepless nights being woken up at all hours by other guests talking loudly or just overhearing their tv and comings and goings including the noise of simply unlocking their doors. Breakfast was a typical roll, crossiant, coffee or juice. The no smoking rule obviously only applied to the guests as we often observed the cleaning staff smoking in the rooms. Poor lighting in the room that meant you could not read at all. Most electrical outlets didn't work and others overloaded. Would not reccommend this hotel at all.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful - would definitely stay there again if visiting Milan. Very good value for money.

Nice breakfast, warm, clean and tidy. Room was quiet which is what we wanted. Would recommend this as a couple nights stay. Near the station and still quiet. Did not receive thank you card as stated in item 3 of this form, the below NO option is not working.
