Service very efficient,courteous but friendly staff. Hotel excellently situated for Duomo, La Scala, and shops. Dinner in room one of the best meals we've had. Next night in restaurant not quite as good.Breakfasts first class. As to price, I suppose it's what you would expect,but I always feel that prices are too high in most Hotels anyway!

The staff was very cordial and helpful. The atmosphere was quiet and very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel for its facilities, as well as the fact that it is very convenient to the center of the city. The descriptions and photographs were very accurate. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
