Location is perfect for commuting as it is next to the main rail station, thereby close to airport bus terminal and metro underground but as in all large cities, the area around the train station is not one to wander around in by foot at night however outside the hotel is fine. Expect to return with taxi at night as metros close at midnight. For quality, price and service, its a fantastic bargain and I'll be back. Internet, newspapers, breakfast and all basic creature comforts are there. Run like a boutique hotel, feels personal with added kindness.

The man on reception was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped us with several queries and gave us great directions around Milan, and the shops! Unfortunately I don't know his name but he seemed to work the day shift in the hotel, had a very small beard and wore a red tie. The only other comment I'd make is that the directions to the hotel could do with saying that the hotel is at the 'back' of the train station. We were walking in circles for ages after coming out of the front of the station!

Great hotel in bad location near Milan Central Station. Staff were very friendly. Room was very clean. No compalints.

We arrived 8am in the morning, but our room was ready! Reception people were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent hotel. Located minutes from the central train station. Very pleseant and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
