We arrived on the coach from Bergamo station at Central Station and the location of the hotel was great as just across the road, so no trying to negiotiate the Metro with luggage. The Metro is also at the main station, but you can walk into Milan centre in about 20 mins. The hotel itself was very good. Staff really helpful helping to book a table at a local restaurant and providing information whenever asked. Great breakfast. Bar drinks a little expensive but that is probably true of Milan in general. Didn't use the restaurant as only stayed 1 night. Would definitely stay here again and happy to recommend it.

mind you good on the day. if I had been a week or two later I probably would not have paid the money they would then have wanted big hotel by Italian standards but typically with those type of hotels they have big spaces that seem to have no purpose and no atmosphere.

excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Rooms were immaculate and bedding changed daily. Food good and a good variety especially for breakfast. We could not fault this hotel in any way. 15-20 minute walk to city centre. Located immediately at the central bus staion. No noise when trying to sleep. EXCELLENT HOLIDAY

This was the best hotel we stayed at on our worldwide trip. Close to Central Station and the shuttle bus terminals from Malpensa and Linate airports. Spacious bedroom. Scrumptious breakfast, friendly staff and reasonable price for a 4 star hotel.

We were very impressed with this hotel although it was expensive. Excellent location close to the Central Station with many trams and buses nearby. Area has many bars and restaurants and feels safe at night. Rooms were good size with slipper, bathrobe and good selection of toiletries and very clean. Reception staff very helpful and friendly. We would certainly stay there again.

Altogether an excellent choice of hotel for our 1st time in Milan, clean friendly, well staffed and central to all activities, I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and if ever in Milan again wouldn`t stay anywhere else .
