I have never seen such a pleasant and caring service. As an example, the receptionnist spent 15 minutes with me to ensure that I would find the place where I was expected for a meeting. Moreover all the installations are very clean. Their only weakness is their location, although the bus stop is very near the hotel-nobody's perfect :)

We booked on the internet and were attracted by the price. The staff were helpfull, the rooms clean, and a good firm bed, but the rooms were very small. We had to travel to the Fair complex over 4 days and the distance was a concern, we managed quite well but its a bus and 2 train lines to get there! Its an OK spot in the suburbs but dont spend too much time in the Hotel room.

The room location overlooked a noisy freeway. I do not use Air conditioning so I could not shut out the noise Need to have rooms that are free of cigarette smoke. Room was very small.

Very confident staff at Hotel and very helpful ,, food good .. room very clean and well appointed.. would come again if in Milan but would prefer a Hotel that was a bit closer to city centre. Thank You.

We had a great time and the reception desk staff were lovely. The rooms are nice and clean and the bar is 24 hours. There are a few nice restaurants around and the hotel is a ten minute bus ride to some more nice restaurants nearer the city. Front desk staff were so helpful and nice.

I loved this hotel. I travel to Milano a lot and this was an excellent choice. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was excellent for a modest priced hotel. They offered free time on the internet to check my email and a reasonable price beyond the free point. I asked for a recomendation for a nice close place to eat and was directed to a wonderful spot walking distance away which had the best pizza I've had in italy. I will definitely stay here again.
