OK hotel for ok price. Centraly located. Short way to good resturalts of the main street. But it is nice to have a room that does not face the Corso Buenos Aires.

We booked 3 rooms which look a bit old but clean enough. The bathrooms are quite big and nice. However, they don't have Tea facility in room. Apart from that, everything was fine. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is also pretty good if compare to other hotels. They serve very nice thick hot chocolate :) For the location, it located near the shopping street and 2 mins walk to metro. If you wanna go to Duomo or shop at Via Montenapoleone, it will take only 10 mins by metro. very convenient location. Even the day we left, the taxis were striked so we had to carry our big luggage to train station by tram.

This hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the central train station. It is also about 15 minutes walk from the Duomo and the main shopping streets, although the street that it is located on is itself a shopping street. The bedrooms are quite spacious and clean. There is no restaurant except for breakfast. The breakfast on offer is ok, with cerials, fruit (tinned), orange juice only, cheese and cold meats, croissants. Like many european hotels the water provided for making tea is not boiling water and hence it is not possible to make a decent cup of tea. There is little or no information in the bedrooms about facilities and there is no bar although there does appear to be a small cocktail bar to the rear of the breakfast area. Staff are pleasant.

Aircon was not working, it was hotter in the room than outside the hotel! The breakfast was bad, bread was hard (probably from the day before). Rooms are very very small. Location ok (near the metro). Hotel is not worth 4stars, and the price is too high for what you actually get. Avoid at all cost. The Best western hotel is located 20meters from this one, probably a better choice.
