Excellent location near Central Station. You can easily take metro to other parts of town or train for trips outside Milano.

The rooms are small but in a major European city centre that's to be expected. Check-in staff were helpful. The bar is worth going to for the amusement value rather than the atmosphere. Possibly the best thing about this hotel is the restaurant La Buca diagonally across the street. The Menu del Manager at 20 Euros was the best value meal we had in our Italian trip.
