nice breakfast , room a bit small & no air conditioning during our stay and mind you it was about 22 C in the afternoon ( April ) , 10 minutes walk to central station not so bad but 15 minutes walk to shopping areas was slightly too much

The hotel is very well located in terms of the shops (just make sure you go right when you come out of the hotel, or you'll end up taking the very 'scenic route'!) The hotel is very clean, and elegant. I cannot fault the decor, but was REALLY disappointed there was no kettle in the hotel room! The drinks are over priced in the bar. At 24 euros for 2 malibu and cokes you'll stay sober!!! 2 cups of tea were 10 euros! I didn't like Milan, because most people were really rude, and unhelpful. I don't think it's very tourist friendly.

Very good hotel for buseness meeting, over our expectations. Good location near central station (for express bus to airports) and near Metro stations for easy access to City centre. Nice and quiet rooms.

while the hotel itself was lovely, and we were well looked after on arrival and that evening during dinner, the service the following morning was extremely poor. the receptionist the following morning was rude and unhelpful, he did not make eye contact with us when he was asked about how to get to the main attractions in milan , instead giving us poor directions...does nothing for promoting his city!would be reluctant to stay again and would not recoomend it to a friend.....

Hotel staff are in general not very helpful. Customers appear to be an inconvenience to them. Dining menu is limited and pricy, even by Milan standards.
