A good hotel to stay. Reasonable level of comfort and very conveniently located if you intend to use the central station for rail trips or shuttle transfers from/to the airports.

Like many hotels in Italy the location appears to be the deciding factor in ratings, leaving the actual accomodation second. The room was small, and although clean the facilities were obviously 15-20 years old - buy some new mattresses for a start!! The service however and the staff were helpful and friendly and this made my stay seem very welcome. I appreciate that it was a low cost hotel within walking distance of the Central Train Station, but bear in mind that this area, especially after dark is actually quite dangerous and sleazy. I wonder if these hotels are rated after dark by the Italian Tourist Board?

We we're in hotel Cristallo for the Micam fair in Milan, so luckily we didn't had to spend a lot of time in the hotel. The hotel is very noisy, we had a room (204) which is next to the airco on the roof, in fact when you look out the window the only thing you can see is this huge machine! The service is very poor and unfriendly, especially the younger guy behind the reception is a real .......!

Proximity to the train station was excellent which in fact was what we required. However, the hotel left a lot to be desired, general cleanliness, staff were not too cooperative or friendly and the noise!!!!! Cleaning bins at 5.30 in the morning!!!!!! Not good!!!!!!

Very bad when comparing to other Hotels that i ever take a rest in Europe. Bad manner for the reception, he don't listen what i'm talking about. Room is very small and dirty bathroom which if your weight is more than 100kg, you can't go to their shower bathroom. It's so bad And the air condition will open only 17.00 to 22.00. I don't understand what they thinking about this idea. Location is not really good because it quite danger if you stay at central however, it's ok if compare to the price we pay.

For a short stay in Milan, this hotel can be recommended. Hotel is situated near Central Station, breakfast is simple and furthermore for the shopaholics amongst us, you can reach Corso Buenos Aires in a few minutes!!! Price/Quality/Service is average

Room is quite cramped. Staff is reasonably helpful when you ask their help but otherwise, you are on your own.

An average Hotel and pricey for standard. One night was OK and handy to the railway station. (walking distance).

I was very disappointed by yur service. My last booking ref 19536309 check in 1 April and checkout 3 April. My flight was delayed and I wanted to change my booking for arrival a day later. I requested Hotel - they refused to change as they said it was only thru yur office. I tried yur Rome office - it was closed on 31st. I called on yur Sydney office - it was closed. I left a msg on yur phone - there was no action from yur office. I do not know - what in the world a passenger who is stranded at an Airport can do for requesting a change. I had to give the voucher to hotel - where I was charged for two Nights. For an extra night they charged me full listed price. I guess when you are running an hospitality organization - you need to be more responsive. I need to recover USD 66.57 from you for not responding to my recorded msg on yur phone. Thanks & Regards B K Pardal

The reception desk staff were helpful and friendly. Unfortunately this hotel was frequented by 'ladies of the night' who kept unsocial hours and made a great deal of noise at about 5am. The breakfast facilities were primitive, more like a hostel than a hotel and were run by a very small staff for the size of the hotel - 2 people! We, and our friends who stayed there, us on the 8th and 9th, and they on the 9th, decided that it was a hotel to be avoided on our annual visit to Milan.

Due to foreign (african) people gathering on the street this area is not so safe anymore because a bank and telephone company are right opposite the hotel where those people stay all day long!
