Overall a very good hotel with friendly and courtious staff.

The only issues we had with the hotel was the smell of cigarettes coming through the doors from the common areas and the lack of iron and tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. Everything else exceeded our expectations. The staff was very helpful and referred us to a wonderful restaurant round the corner which had fabulous food and reasonable prices (by Australian standard)

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hotel Canada. The hotel was quiet, clean and had all the basics we expected. What made the stay above average was the fact that the staff were excellent. They were very well presented, polite, helpful and always cheerful. We would recommend the hotel to otheres and stay again, on this basis.

The staff were particularly helpful, even trying to obtain last minute tickets to Teatro alla Scala. I would stay there again.
