Great location especially for the price. The room was a bit small but was nice and clean and had everything we could need. Breakfast was nice and the staff were happy for us to leave our cases at the hotel after we checked out until we were ready to leave the city

This is the worst hotel experience I have had for twenty years. On arrival, the room we had booked was said to be out of order and we had to sleep in two, miniscule, single rooms. They were dark and airless. The next day we were changed to a twin. The airconditioner did not work and with century temperatures in Milan at the time and a room where the window could not be opened, we had the worst sleep of our lives. When we complained, we were told that no-one else had complained so there couldn't be anything wrong. They sent someone to check, who supported out story, but there were no other rooms free and at 10 pm it was too late to move elsewhere. Overall, management's attitude was aggressive and unhelpful. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Zero out of five!!!

A very convienient location. Can be a little noisy in rooms at the front of the hotel. Excellent breakfast.

Excellent location close to the historic centre of Milan, five to ten minutes walk to Piazza del Doumo with shops along the way. Clean and friendly hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reasonably priced, clean, and comfortable environmentally friendly hotel. The rooms were very clean with a modernish decor. The staff was courteous and helpful. I enjoyed a continental breakfast with a selection of fresh juices, fruits, cereals and pastries. And there was even free internet access for hotel patrons. I only wish that the elevator was working when I was ready to checkout.

if arriving at Linate airport take the 73 bus (1 euro) to Corso Europa, which is close to the Duomo. the hotel is ideally placed only 5-10 minutes walk from here. the rooms are small but clean and adequate for short stays. good breakfast. staff are very pleasant. free email access in lobby. small car parking area (charge). situated on a busy street with local trams passing regularly. would stay again.
