The hotel has a great location close to the Duomo, Galleria and to La Scala. Breakfast was adequate. The staff were pleasant. However, I don't think this is a 4 star hotel.

I was very pleased with the Ambasciatori Hotel in Milan. For what I wanted to do in Milan, shopping, the location was excellent. All facilities and services at the hotel were very good as were the staff, very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We found our stay in Milan absolutely splendid. The hotel was excellent in every way and we were very impressed with breakfast and the staff in the dining room. Reception staff were efficient and perhaps they could unbend a little! We shall be delighted to return there at any time and to recommend it to anyone.

Hotel is in a great location, Domo is at your door steps in the gallery shopping area. Very safe and nice around. It looks like hotel is going through some remodeling or reconstruction of their reception desk. Elevators are very slow and small. Rooms are nice, well decorated, breakfast is good also. It is a good hotel for travelers to see Milan if you only staying short period of time. I just hope that staff will change their attitude a bit in the future and be more helpful.

Ambasciatori is a splendid place to stay in for those who come to Milano for business and shopping. I got really wonderful impression from the pesonnel's attitude, exquisite meals, the site around, - in a nutshell there was nothing to think bad of! I will be privileged to stay at this hotel during my future visits to Milano. Gratia, Ambasciatori!

Superb location in central Milan. Good facilities in spacious room. Nice breakfast (cold buffet) and good waiting staff. Front desk service not very good. Over night parking 40.00 euros!!! Would recommend hotel though, and would stay there again.

Very decent hotel in an outstanding location, coming out of the hotel leads you straight into the main shopping area with the Duomo cathedral instantly visible. We were able to walk everywhere and never used any transport once at the hotel.

a great location if you are a shopper since it is located right at the heart of the city. and only 200m walk to Duomo and surrounded by cafes. the in-house breakfast is good with attentive services.

On arrival it was difficult to find reception, as it was not on the same floor as the entrance. The mass of stairways were confusing and unwelcoming. Although breakfast was listed between 7.30 and 10.00 a.m, if you arrived after 8.30 there was limited choice left as nothing was replaced. Room was comfortable although fairly small and no view. I would not list this as a four star hotel.

Fabulous location. Wonderful staff. very helpful. Had to walk up FIVE flights of stairs to the lobby! Elevator is like a coffin and I am not too eaxcited about elevators anyway, so I walked 7 flights of stairs a few times a day. Room was small but adequate for our two nights there. taxi ride from train station ( take the train in from Malpensa---very fast, cheap and clean) was ripoff. Be dareful of that in Milan and all of Italy. I would stay here again, but I really haave no plans on going back to Milan. This is my 7th trip to Italy. Bill Morton, Atlanta, Ga.
