We found the rate not particularly good plus were charged extra taxes on top of our given rate when we extended our stay by 4 days. The staff were very unhelpful about catching public transport and times of shuttles departing the motel. We found them pretty rude most of the time except for an Indian couple who were very pleasant. We felt that the motel was not worth the rate charged although it would probably be OK for one night if we intended to catch a plane the next day.

The hairdryer would only work for about 45 seconds and than it would cut out and i had to wait for it to cool down for about ten minutes. The overall hotel appeared very tired and dated and was in need of some serious updating. The room had a very stale smell to it but the beds and bed linen was very clean. The courtacy transportation was efficient and the driver was very helpfull.

Perfect for a one night stopover in San Francisco. Free shuttlebus. Close to minimart for snack and other shopping. Did not try the restaurant.

The hotel itself was good. When I arrived 20 $ was withdrawn from my card for damages should anything happen. Nothing happened, there was no damage but I am still waiting for my money. Dear Manager, do you know where it is?
