I really enjoyed the Mosser and would definitely return. It's location was perfect and the staff members from the bellman to the desk clerk to the housekeeper were very helpful and friendly. I felt very comfortable there and would highly recommend it!

Well located, it has a very homely feel and the staff are very friendly. I'd stay there again any day. I'm glad I recommended it to several colleagues - who also enjoyed being there! Rooms are a bit small but then every other thing makes up for it.

I gave my suit for express drycleaning to the front desk man. He assured me that it will be back by next day 7am. But I didn't get it back until 4.40pm next day. I missed most of my meeting time becoz of that. The other staff were OK.

everything was clean; location was fantastic; i stayed in the room with shared bath; it really was fine; no complaints at all. was there for a convention; the location was fantastic. i would absolutely stay here again.

Stay here everytime I visit SF..it's location and price cannot be beaten. Rooms are on the small side, but if you want to walk out the door and be in the middle of the city shopping and a short walk from the south of market clubs or muni ride to the castro, then you can't beat this place. it's even cheaper if you want to share bathroom facilities for those of you who really have to budget :-)

This hotel is in a great location, the rooms are very small but its all you need. The hotel has a very nice feel about it and the staff are very helpful. I would stay here again and again, and strongly recomend this hotel.

No airconditioning makes the rooms very stuffy and hot. In room service is very slow, bu the Front desk staff were good.

Its location is wonderful with all transportation nearby. The room is tiny and you'll hear noise from other room if the door isnt well shut but personally both acceptable. The price is cheap and coffee provided in the morning. Sometimes apples also provided in the evening. The staffs are nice, friendly and helpful. Indeed, I feel very satisfy during my staying and nothing need to complain.

First of all, elevator was not working and they give us a room at 7th floor...! :) The room was so tiny and there wasn't a closet.

Location is excellent. Room is very small but clean and modern decor. If you're only there to sleep then it's not a problem. The hand basin is in the bedroom! Shower and toilet only in the bathroom. For the tiny space they fitted a lot in. Bed was only a dbl but was comfy. Room was far too warm and we couldn't control the heating. The corridor was a bit noisy at night with people walking by and chatting at all hours. Also the common bathroom and toilet was next door and was a bit noisy. But for the price and location we would stay there again. Just around the corner from the BART which we caught from the airport. Next door to Bloomingdales and Ross Dress for Less. Trams a 5 minute walk.
