The most impressive element of our visit to this property was the consistently high level of professionalism and friendly attitude of the entire staff, from Bell to Front Desk, to Restaurant staff. The management has done a great job in developing a culture of exquisite care and attention by the staff towards guests.

This was an AWESOME hotel!!! I searched all over to find my perfect get away hotel in San francisco. I love hotels with character- not your average Holiday inn...Honestly, I could not have been happier- everyday from 5-6 is free wine, beer and massages...all the rooms have top products, and it is in the middle of everything. Literally by TONS of great restaurants, right across from union square, and by all the shopping. Also, there is a GREAT restaurant inside the hotel- French cuisine, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner...They also have in room massages...I didn't have time for one- but I will the next time. I feel like I am raving now...but honestly I have very high expectations- this hotel is a bargain for the price, the rooms are beautiful, and the location is perfect!!
