Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They suggested and booked a couple of good restaurants for us,and when there was a problem with our room safe someone arrived within ten minutes to sort it out. The room was comfortable and clean, and the location excellent.

Cute trendy hotel in a great location and very central to SF. My husband and I were celebrating our first anniversary and I had only mentioned it at the front desk in passing and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of wine, flowers, candies, and card in our room. It was so thoughtfu!! We would stay there again!! The service was great!

Friendly helpful staff and in good location but bed covers were filthy and breakfast prices simply outrageous - worked out at $20.00 for 2 bowls of cereal and orange juice + tip - COME ON!! Plenty of diners nearby so breakfast cost in hotel should not put people off. Would stay there again if I got a good deal but are cheaper options closer to Union Square.

The area where the hotel is situated is easy walking distance to town. My daughter and I felt very safe even at night.

I really liked this place. The room I had was very nicely styled...everything from the bed spreads to the wall fittings etc was nicley coordinated. The effect was very easy on the eyes without being cookie cutter boring and it takes quite a lot for me to say that. The front desk went out of their way to help. I did not use any of the restaurant services but from the menu it seemed that would have been good. A friend of mine stayed in a similar hotel for about the same price but her room and the atmosphere was not even close to what I had at this place. Yes I would definitely stay here again.

A very nice crew and a very nice restaurant. This combination with smart interior design and very nice rooms makes this place a hotel you want to return to. The location is perfect and if you enter SF with a car the Avis location is around the corner.. We will be back
