I was a bit disappointed I wasn't able to get any ice up to my room after being told on two separate occasions that it would be sent up (there is no ice machine to go to yourself and a card next to the ice bucket tells you to as service to get it). Understandably it was the hottest day on record in Rotterdam and I probably wasn't the only one asking for ice. I don't mind being told no if it's the truth, but instead looked forward to someting that never came. I specifcally chose the Westin to stay during my marathon weekend because I didn't expect to experience an issue like this. Above all the stay, cleanliness, facilities, location and pricing were great! The staff was all nice and they have a great buffet. I plan on going back...just not hoping to need ice if it's a really hot day.

No trouser press in room! No health spa facilities! Struggled to keep its 5 star rating in my judgement. The bedroom was adequate, clean and the bed was comfortable.

Very well kept and modern hotel. A spa on site would be a bonus. Staff all courteous and nice food. Would definately use this hotel again.

A great hotel in a great location. Parking is expensive, so try and take the train. The Central station is across the road.
