When offering members rooms it would be helpful if distinction is drawn between the cheapest rooms - here non-air conditioned - and availability of more expensive air conditioned rooms. On arrival we upgraded but we may not have been able to. If your offer made this distinction and gave options we would have opted for an a/c room in the first instance.

Very happy with this hotel - quiet, but central, location, very nice facilities, good sized room, good service and great breakfast. Really can't say anything bad! We enjoyed our stay and I can definitely recommend Bilderberg Hotel.

Very good hotel for a short stay in Rotterdam. The rooms were small but compact and the decor and cleanliness were excellent. The bar was good and breakfast was plentiful just what you needed after a night out in Rotterdam!!

While I liked the hotel and the personnel was friendly, I am extremely unhappy with my stay. I booked the room through the internet and it was a special offer. However, if there would not have been a special offer I would have booked a room there anyway. I was frankly amazed when I saw the room. It was the smallest hotel room I ever stayed and that includes some Japanese inexpensive hotel rooms. It was very clumsy with two doors (in such a small room?) which all the time caused trouble when entering either the toilet or bathroom. The bed was awful. I simply could not believe that such a reputed hotel provided their guests with such a bed. It left me with a terrible backpain when I left. I would really appreciate to get some explanation of this situation, otherwise I will definitely never stay there again. April 18, 2007 Jan Vijg

Some of the rooms have no air conditing, and when the weather is hot it can be very uncomfortable. The rooms are located facing the sun. When mention to the staff, Was told some rooms have air conditing. The more expensive ones. A hotel of that qaulity you would expect all rooms to have air. Other than that great hotel!
