The details of how to get to the hotel (We came from Ciampino) were not good. It was not easy to find, especially when we got to the local station. The hotel is fine as a budget accomodation and the free bus is great. However it is a bit far out from the city centre. I would probably stay there again and recommend it to others. Mike E. Often rude reception staff. Shuttle to city center ordered by manager to pick up new guests and not to wait for us, so we had to take taxi back.

Very quiet and pleasant neighborhood in Balduina. Excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel is located to the North-West of a normal tourist map of Rome, but it is close to a railway station. There is a fine map including the hotel at the room for breakfast. The hotel has a parking cellar and plenty room for free parking. A public swimming pool is within walking distance.

Very stylish hotel situated in a residential area so very quiet. What would make this hotel even better is if they had some facilities such as a pool, fitness area, pampering facilities, as after a long hard day of walking the streets of rome it would of been nice to relax in such areas. I also think that the hotel would benefit with a restaurant for the evenings as we often found ourselves struggling to find somewhere to eat locally, although the hotel will make reservations to a local restaurant on your behalf, which we found out on our last evening there and wish we had know from the start as it was fantastic. There is also a snack bar located opposite where the 990 bus picks you up to take you into rome and they were great there also. The zone hotel is a relaxing retreat after the hussle and bussle of the very busy streets of rome, To escape the crowds definetly recommended.

The service was excelent. The only problem was that is very far from the turistic places and there are no transport links apart from a bus. Even though I speak perfect italian I found it quite difficult. Imagine for somebody who doesn't how difficult they will find their way from the center of Rome to a residential area where the hotel is. They should have more frequent free shuffle service and later than just 6.30pm.
