Location very near to Termini Station, so good reachability of all parts of rome via bus/metro. While the lady at the reception was very helpful and gave me a lot of hints about where to go, the personnel in the breakfast room seemed to be a little bit sleepy...

We booked a double room two months in advance and were given a twin room on arrival.The room was cold. When we requested a change, we were dealt with in a very blunt manner and nothing was done until the next day.Even then, I was left standing for at least five minutes at reception, while the gentleman was on the phone. His manner was abrupt and he actually slide the room card at me. The room was so small, we could barely fit our two small bags in. The breakfast at the hotel was barely edible and the worst that I have encountered in all my travels.I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the past year through travel. Overall I was very disappointed in this hotel. It is not cheap, I had stayed here before and my return visit was appalling.

Very convenient for Terminus- quiet road. Excellent standard of rooms, lobby etc. Staff helpful. Breakfast room too small for no of guests. Rooms small but well decorated with TV and hairdryer. Some have balcony. Excellent restaurants on same street.

Very small room, very little space . very small bathroom. Poor bar facilities. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, only vending machine in stairwell. Would not stay there again.

The Rooms are very tiny, stinking, House keeping is poor, you can not sleep without keeping window open as you feel suffocating and experience bad smell, Blankets are damn old and smelling, Towels are stinking and you can not use them, better carry your own towel if you wish to stay in this hotel. Only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to Termini Railway Station at walking distance.

Would recommend this hotel to anybody thinking of staying in Rome. The location was very central with the termini railway station within walking distance. The service was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful in helping to plan and organise the time we spent in Rome in order to do all that we wanted to do. The continental breakfast was good served in the dining area, also had a lovely comfortable lounge area with large tv screen as well as a terrace upstairs where you could sit and chill out. There was also a vending machine in the lounge area where you could obtain hot drinks/snacks at a very reasonable price. The only downside to this hotel was that the rooms were a little on the small side and the shower recess was extremely small. Overall though was very happy with this hotel and its location.

Perhaps the breakfast room was a little small for all the guests(we had to sit in the waiting area until a table became free) & the food a little unimaginative but this was a small price to pay for a beautiful cool clean hotel, helpful staff and in the centre of a very hot steamy Rome - thoroughly recommended, we would certainly use it again!!

very nice and clean hotel, friendly, and very near of Termini station. noisy in the night because of the restaurant on the other side of the street, and breakfurst is poor. Next time we will stay in this hotel again!!!

good location, 100m to drugstore, 500m to train/metro room clean and nice, brekfast room litlle too small, but service is good and quick free internet access (cable) power socket in the wall is in italian standard, some power plug is incompatibile (you must have own converter ) ie. for notebook
