Our Deluxe Double Room was really small barely room to walk around the bed. Wardrobe with 6 coat hangers in it. Large window with peeling paint overlooking unatractive pipes at back of hotel. Bathroom with shower no bath. Shower cubicle tiny anyone over average size would not get into it. No shelf to put soap if you dropped it you had to open the door to bend down and pick it up. Linen and towels of good quality. Reception staff friendly, spoke excellent English. The breakfast as expected, staff were much less friendly. Mini bar in the room, we were charged 8.5 Euros for two 330 ml cans of Fanta orange. We asked the hotel to book us a taxi to ge back to the airport and they chagred us 55 Euros in cash. Guide price we had been given was between 30 and 40 Euros. Hotel was further out of the city of Rome than we had expected. The room we had looked nothing like their brochure or the photos we had seen on the internet. We loved Rome but would not use this hotel again.

Neat Place to stay. Homey and warm atmosphere. Breakfasts could have been a little more imaginative- i.e. more variety. Service was very good- they were very nice people. Close to public transpo. 5 min from Termini by cab. I would definitely stay there again.

Rooms were smaller than expected, but clean and well maintained. Service: very friendly and personable. Location - just far enough away from the overly touristy areas, in amongst embassies etc, so still pretty close to everything and good eats around.
