The room was not very clean and my wife got 43 bites on her legs from bed bugs. I will not recommend this hotel to anybody. While it was convienient to the train station - I am sure we could have found a nicer hotel just as close which did not have these terrible bugs.

The room is preety nice but rather pricy for the price that you pay. Staff are very friendly and helpful and location is very good as just next to Termini Station. Only problem is that the walls of the rooms are quite thin and it can be quiet noisy and the floors squeek. So when someone walks in the corridor outside your room, it is rather noisy and the floor in the room sort of vibrates. Otherwise, it was alright but as I said earlier quite pricy for EURO 105 per night with no breakfast etc

I've stayed 2 nights in this hotel. It's a nice location and easy to reach from the train station. The lift is very small but helpfull once we had big suitcases. It doesn't have a left luggage and no brekfast what was anoying. A major problem: that I've booked over the counter an additonal night for the following week and when my parents arrived there wasn't a reservation.

The room we stayed in was disgusting, super dirty and a shower straight out of the middle ages. The place has a great location near Termini Station but a very dirty room.

The hotel is locted next to Rome main railway and metro stations in a busy area,supported by a good variety of restaurants.The room was adequate although the bathroom was a tad small,the desk staff are very helpful.

The best location possible for people traveling in/out of Termini. We only stayed a night before flying out of FCO in the morning, but it was the perfect location for catching the train in the morning without any hassle.

I did not stay at Urbis, was directed to Hotel Pavia instead due to water supply problem. Rooms very tiny, the bathrooms so small that you can hardly turn around. Breakfast O.K., Internet access for guest was fine.

Urbis is cheap and clean, perfect for those who don't wish to spend so much time at the hotel. We were three friends travelling, and it was good enough for us. We didn't enjoy to share toilet and showers, though.
