Pricing is too high for a modest hotel. When we checked in we were told that we should have brought an e-mail confirming our stay and that the confirmation you sent to us wasn't enough. I had to write you a letter asking you to send a copy of my reservation confirmation. I found this confusing and very impractical.

I was most impressed with this hotel. The location is conveniently close to Terminii, the entrance to the hotel was good, the reception person was great, the elevator was quaint, the room was completely satisfactory albeit that the shower flooded the bathroom floor, the breakfast was adequate for me, and most of all the price was right. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is a great hotel for the traveller wanting clean and simple, 5 mins walk from rail terminus, quiet, staff most helpful with regard to sightseeing in Rome. Not for those wanting Luxury. bed was wonderful.

The hotel is very good value for money. It is walking distance to Termini station, and I felt safe walking alone till late (and I'm a woman). The staff is friendly, and the room was clean with air con and TV. Location was its biggest asset, and there are internet cafes around the corner! and termini is like a 6 minutes walk.

A good clean hotel with friendly staff (some English). Hotel staff are more than willing to make dining and sightseeing recommendations. Most key sites are within walking distance. Reception have free maps of Rome, dont buy one at the station.

Very good location. Within walking distance to Roma Termini. The room is clean and tastefully furnished with ensuite toilet. The staff are quite friendly and breakfast spread is quite sumptious by its standards. Highly recommended for a return trip.

Staff are extremely friendly. Clean room and towels everyday. Breakfast was perfect as everyday it kept us going till lunch and we walked everywhere. Hotel location was good - 5 mins from the Termini and another 3 mins to one of the main streets. My only problem was the double bed. It was 2 single beds pushed together which at times was uncomfortable. Besides that I would return to this hotel on a short visit.

The room we had, where located on the streetside and a little bit noisy until around 01.00 am because of one bar and two restaurants just outside the hotel. We didn´t see a big problem in this, but we can imagine that some people will be disturb and should in that case ask for a room not located to the street.

I was robbed on the metro shortly after arriving in Rome. The staff were most helpful in getting my cards cancelled quickly.
