The loction of the hotel was quite bad and I would not dare walk the streets alone and definately not at night. While I would have given the service a 'very good' there was one staff member that was extremely rude and unhelpful and rolled his eyes and behaved as if he were being asked to donate a kidney whenever a guest made a simle request for information - Having said that, all of the other staff were exceptional.

I think that the employees could bee a lot more friendly, smiling and glad. We didn't not se one single smile for the whole stay.
