Great hotel in a mixed location (station area behind is seedy)but conviniently close to things if you wish to walk. Metro station just outside. Gorgeous inside, including rooms. No computer for internet access at the time of visit, due to reported "security reasons"(?). Rather an impersonal place compared to other Baglioni hotels, such as Venice and Milan.

litte disapointed when arriving, as the first room they gave us was tiny and dark and also really loud concerning the neigbourrooms. then they had no key for this room - we always had to go with staff if we wanted do leave ore enter the room. After speaking with one manager, they gave us a bigger room. it was quiet nice. Over all, it was okay, however, the heat was defect and we had to stay in a cold room for 5 days. But the staff was very polite and tried to help in every way.

I tried to connect my raptop computer to internet, but telephone line did not work. I told this a front man, then I could use a buisiness center. In the business center, they had a high-speed linkup to internet.

We spent the first 3 days of our honeymoon here. The room had a great view, had a bottle of champagne waiting for us, and the service was very friendly and professional. Although it is a luxury hotel, it felt very comfortable, not pretentious. We also visited the Westin Excelsior across the street, and the lobby there was smoky, and very busy with convention-attending businessmen. We felt very lucky to have picked Regina Baglioni instead of Westin.
