I was four nights in this Hotel,the room was enough large, the bathroom was really large with jackuzzi, the breakfast was good, it is very close the Termini, bus, Metro,it was value for maney. CsG/Hungary

The Palladium Palace Hotel did not honour our reservation; they told us that they were overbooked and suggested another hotel which we accepted because we did not have any choice. The question is; why use [website] when the hotel has no intention of honouring the booking. The hotel we were moved to was the Hotel Hiberia which is centrally placed and pleasantt but has intermittent hot water. Not recomended.

Good clean hotel in an excellent location. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was OK but the fruit juices were of a very bad standard, seemed to be watered down. We were able to leave our luggage in the hotel for a few hours after checking out. Prices were high (140 Euro per night for Double room in November). More of a Three Star than Four Star hotel.

My wife and I chose the Palladium from the internet and were very happy with our choice. We liked the charm and character, the room and bath amenities and the excellent breakfast choices. The closeness to the main railway station (termini) made it easy to get to from the airport, as well as easy to travel around Rome on the subway system (al day pass Eu4.00 per person). Restaurants are also handy, downside of this location is the continual traffic noise. We would recommend and return there again.

we stayed for four nights end of april,hoted situated exceptionally for the train station(minute walk) and for drop off point for bus transfer from airport, hotel was only booked 3 weeks before travel so unsurprisingly expensive but its very clean hotel,high ceilings and marble floors. as with all hotels near train station surrounding area not the best but we saw no trouble. angelos restaurant across the way really tasty food for quick uncomplicated dinner.

Hotel was in a very good location - 2 mins walk from the main Termini station. Hotel was very clean. Buffet breakfast was good - cooked English traditional breakfast as well as continental choice and served between 7 and 10 (kept us going until late afternoon). Staff was very friendly. Stay there was pleasant and whole experience of Rome was fantastic !!!

this was a most comfortable hotel in an area very handy to the main railway station which now has lots of shops and services.also in walking distance to the main bus station which is just opposite railway station.only minus is that you need to be aware of pick pockets in this area but that probably goes for most of rome

Service overall was v.good but we were let down when we reported the sound of running water in our room in the middle of the night. It was next door's toilet stuck flushing - we knew this as ours had done the same thing the day before. A bell boy was sent up to our room to explain that it was noise from the bar above (which it clearly wasn't). A noisy night followed and, in the morning, a maid fixed fixed the loo in about a minute. We had two undisturbed nights sleep out of four - not good.

The hotel is very near Termini Station. Use the main exit (beware don´t use an exit with stairs !).The hotel staff is always ready to help you. At Termini you can take the bus or Metro (buy tickets at tobacco shop). Note, online photo gallery, the bathroom photo displayed are for superior rooms. The others like the one we stayed (513) have a small shower but located on backside of the hotel it was very quiet. Don't miss Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore and Borghese Gallery (reservation is mandatory, use http://www.ticketeria.it)
