Nova Domus Hotel Rome is rather good quality hotel but not 4 star hotel. Location is excellent - not far from Vatican Museums, but services are not at the level I expect for 4 star hotel, so this is the reason why my rating for pricing and services are bad.

This property is a bit difficult to find on foot. The breakfast is excellent. Rooms are comfortable, but a ventillation system connects all the rooms and conducts sounds a little too well. The elevators are loud, and rooms near the elevators are not for light sleepers. We had a problem with the noise level, but the hotel staff were happy to move us to a different room. Except for a few minor problems, an overall positive experience.
