The hotel is very nice but it´s not in the first floor and there wasn´t elevator and it was a problem with our bags and any hotel staff helped us. There is no breakfast room and it´s poor but, the room is comfotable, nice plasma tv, very nice leptop!

We had a pretty good stay. The hotel was very hard to find. Locate exactly where it is on a map before leaving (we did not do this and locals working a block away from the hotel had no idea where the street was). They are doing construction (lots of dust & debris) on the floors below the hotel which really irritated our allergies, but, the air-conditioning was amazing, and the bed comfortable enough. The room was cleaned each day and most of the staff tried to be helpful. When we return to Rome we probably wont stay here again, but it worked out fine for our trip.

The hotel position was excellent. Right in the middle of the shopping district near walking distance to all sightseeing. The only real fault is breakfast and the 60 odd stairs you climb before you get to the place.

This hotel was a real find, for my first trip to Rome. It is centrally located, which meant that I could walk to all the sites across the city (walking is the best way to see Rome). The Hotel was sweet and the rooms enchanting and well worth the price. Hidden away the front of the hotel gives no indication of the surprisingly charming hotel inside. Don't expect too much from breakfast.

Construction around outside of building was noisy and annoying, but unavoidable. Hotel is listed as being on 2nd floor when it really is on 3rd floor (55 steps up from street level) with no elevator.

Very pleasant room provided, but competence and courtesy of most of the staff well below the standard encountered in hundreds of other hotels in which I have stayed throughout Italy.

Positives: Great location. Clean, safe & secure room. Good room facilities such as a new bathroom, fridge, TV and laptop. Friendly service. Front desk available 24hours. Negatives: Scaffolding across the facade of the building made it difficult to locate the Hotel and precluded any view out of the window. Breakfast should be able to be served earlier than 8.30am.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very clean and extremely presentable. The breakfast was very basic with the coffee tepid at best. Orange juice is served in a plastic cup! One morning, we were served with a part eaten croissant that had been put back in it's packet! No real problems though, would have liked a bath but the shower was excellent. The tv didn't have the best picture and the remote control was a bit basic and didn't always work properly. The internet use was excellent. Location was the key for us, we could walk everywhere no problem and although noisy, it is a much better place to be than the outskirts, having to rely on public transport or wait for taxis. Thanks aain.

Exactly what I expected, excellent decoration, beds and bathroom. City central and good value considering location, staff excellent. Breakfast rudimentary, could do with tea/coffee facilities in room, needs more drawers. Computer, TV, safe and fridge very useful.
