The bed was very bad. It was jaring, creaking very loud at every little single move. The walls are very slim, so we could hear everything from the corridor and from the other rooms, especially from the shared bathroom of the floor. We hardly could sleep during our stay. We are never going to stay there again.

Service and helpfullness very poor. Not very customer orientated. Would not book this hotel again.

the hotel is small and clean, but i got an triple room with an extra bed which give us no space to walk, although i have reserved an quatruple room. furthermore, the hotel is directly outside the central train station, which is good and bad, good for transport, bad for the unbearable noise from the main street. the price is average, breakfast i would say poor, you can't expect much.

I was overall disappointed by the Marsala. The ONLY advantage is the location near Termini Station. The rooms are spartan and there is no air conditioning. Half the bathrooms were old and dingy. They are slowly remodeling the bathrooms. I thought the price was too high in light of the lack of a/c and facilities.
