This place was a nightmare. A scary neighborhood, only icecold water in the bathroom (Shower), dirty and overpriced and terribly noisy! This place was about 50% (about 970 SEK) more expensive than the two other places in Rome (600 SEK) and Naples, we stayed on our trip to Italy and it is definitely the worse. I wouldn't stay there another night, even if it was for free!

This hotel is very handy being only 100m from the main railway station. The rooms are clean and big enough but noisy if you're on the main street. The breakfast is pretty pathetic but it's cheap so you can't complain.

This is the worst place I have ever been. I should advice to anyone who is considering this hotel to think twice. I was put in a room which was in such a bad state that the Salvation Army would look as a 5 star hotel in comparison to Marechiaro hotel. I was only moved to a proper room after 5 nights. The young person who was in charge of the reception desk could only be described as a rude person with no manners and a macho attitude which is so well presented in the Alan Partridge show (remember his sketches about Latino men in 90’s).
