very late booking made at 1 o'clock in the morning and still the process worked well. Though checkin was stated at 2 pm, staff saw the need for sleep and checked in immediatly. Great facilities, great breakfast. Only negative is that it's a walk up a hill, but Rome is the city of seven hills!

Room provided was very dirty, not up to 4 star rating as carpet and bedding was frayed. I would not stay in this hotel again.
