Incompitent staff who was rather unwelcoming and it was very difficult to get a reciet. location is perfect if your taking a train from termini but I would not recommend staying more than one night.

The room is very small and without window. It's very quiet in the first three nights. But the last night, the continual ring from reception almost make me crazy. The location is quite good. It's very close to TERMINI station. The breakfast is little.

Very poor Hotel. They requested cash payment at arrival witout seeing the room. At check-in room was not available and we were obliged to move to another hotel. No possibility of breakfast at Hotel. We were obliged to go to the pub for breakfast and cappuccino was served in paper cups.

Very dirty surrounding with no parking opportunity. I had to pay extra 20 Euro for a misserable parking house, in top of all I should have left my car keys by the gate ?! I left the hotel after first night.

We were a party of nine people, and since we booked separately, we were divided to two different hotelrooms one of four at Via Marsala and one of five on a smaller street not far away, both own by Hotel Viennese. The hostess, a friendly woman from thailand, was very helpful, and changed the reservation the next day so we had side-by-side rooms! The breakfast was not bad, excellent cappucino and a sweet bread. The toilets of the rooms were not at all ok, it was small, had no real doors so you could hear everything, and the shower was like one feet away from the actual toiletseat. Hot water was no problem,though, and they had both AC and fans, which was really needed in the warm weather. We got or own keys, so we wouldn't disturb anyone, but I think the caretaker during the night was really upset at us, because we were a bit noisy and woke him up when we came home. The location was great, just opposite the Termini buildning, and we had a lot of restaurants and internetcafés nearby. Termini is all hotels and tourists, but there are also some junkies and homeles people there. I would reccomend this place, because they really try to make everything good for you, but remember, its a SIMPLE hotel, so don't have your hopes too high.

When we arrived no hotel employee was attending reception.It took about half an hour to find one.They didn´t have de doble room, gave another one but have to change next day.The room was minuscule,as the bathroom.Reluctance to accept credit card payment, wanted to charge 5% extra.

the filipino employees are very friendly. very welcoming and accomodating.if im going to come to rome again,ill definitely stay here.small hotel but very nice... and very convenient as well to transport around rome...
