showers tiny. no in room tea/coffee making faciliities. room a bit dingy [ there was 3 of us in a room so very tight] - probably needed more lighting but staff very pleasant and helpful. breakfast good

We had a fantastic stay at the Valle, the staff were so helpful. Rooms have been refurbished, the ocation is close to the metro and major tourist attractions. We would stay there again.

We found the Hotel staff to be extremely courteous and helpful. The Hotel was very well situated for sightseeing and had the benefit of being surrounded by excellent restaurants. Certainly worth a return visit.

The hotel met our needs as a base for our visit, the room was quite dark with little natural light ( usaul for Rome apparently) and we could hear staff and guests moving around the hotel quite early in the morning, the staff were very pleasant and helpful on what was a very busy Bank Holiday Weekend.

This is not a 3plus star hotel, it has nearly no facilities, to queue for breakfast is very bad, the roms are very poor, there are no other facilities. The overall price is far too high.

My wife and I stayed at the Valle hotel for two nights. We found the staff very helpful. They were very patient when we tried to speak our very poor Italian but most of them spoke English. The rooms are small but adequate. It is situated within a ten minute walk of the Termini, the main station where all buses, undergound and overground trains leave from. Our overall impression was very good for a city centre hotel.
