I was told from friends not to expect much from Rome hotels--they were very wrong. We were not there to relax in a room, but still wanted a nice, comfortable, clean hotel with helpful staff. We got it. Would stay there again. Shower and bathroom very good.

The hotel was as expected from this site and the staff were all a fantastic help. The beds weren't very comfortable, but I've definitely slept on worse. For tourists, the location can't be beat, although you should make sure your bags have wheels, as only some of the taxis can get through the narrow street to the front door.

Central position, very useful if you want to visit the center of Rome; room was quite small but clean; the terrace above the hotel is quite nice.

great location, double was good price at 100 but noticed that varies enormously depending on the day of the week, up 200-300 which I would not buy. booked a suite and got a small double: "we call these rooms suites", was the reply. Not good. I needed a second room on same floor and they arranged it, so good service. Breakfast sub standard for Rome. Overall happy.

Double room in an annex, very big room.It was perfect to stay near Trevi Fountain. Near to all interesting places in walk distance. Breakfast was no hit. We got only 1 kind of bread, pressed ham and cheese. Youghurt, but not every day, just small ones whith fruit. No müsli just corn flakes. Juice no hit. Eggs terrible: green and cold every day the same. Coffe, tea and latte was good. We wished we had better breakfast to start the day with.

We are very pleased with our stay at Hotel Trevi. The location was excellent, just a minutes walk from the Fountain and you could easely walk to all the city sites. Our room was on the 3rd floor in the main building and was clean and nice. The staff was wery helpfull and pleasant. If we are going to Rome again we will return to Hotel Trevi and we can recommend it to other travelers who are looking for a small Italian hotel.

We had a fabulous time at the Trevi... the hotel was clean and really couldn't have asked for a better location!! 1 minutes walk from the Fountain! The rooms are not anything fancy but that said it is advertised as a 3 star and i think it is definitely a good 3 star. The roof terrace for breakfast was nice as well... We had difficulty finding the hotel on the night we arrived (it is in a little alley) and so i called the hotel and the bellboy came and met us at the Trevi Fountain and carried our bags from there. We would definitely go back again.

Incredible accomodation. First night in a old flat at the 5th floor of a palace 400mt from the hotel, without elevator!!Second night in a room nearby the reception, quite good but with a very small window on the road side and a black&white TV!

We were very pleased with everything at Hotel Trevi. The location is excellent. We walked comfortably to all of the old city sites. The rooms were adequate, a typical Rome hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful variety of foods. The staff was extremely accommodating, always pleasant, offering assistance with directions and reservations. Sonya was particularly helpful. We would return to Hotel Trevi and recommend it to other travelers who are looking for a truly accommodating small Italian hotel.
