Stayed in Rm 313. Room size was ok but the bathroom layout was really awkward in addition to its tiny space. However the hotel itself is clean in general and given that kind of price in Roma I have no complains

the description isnt accurate as there were no tea and coffee making facilities, no minibar the iron and hairdryer was behind the reception which we asked for but the lady behind the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Good Location near all the tourist sites. The rooms were clean but a little compact, size for a double bed, wardrobe and small dresser unit. Shower rooms were good size and tidy. The reception staff were excellent in helping and giving information. As a budget hotel you get what you pay for.

I don't mind a basic hotel if it's central, but while it was clean, our room had several flaws. The toilet seat hinge was broken and kept slipping off the pan; the glass shelf over the basin was not fixed securely and kept tipping over; the mattresses and pillows were hard; the metal bed frame squeaked every time I turned over, waking my companion in the other bed; the window would not close properly; and a noisy air conditioning unit outside made sleep difficult. (Not ours - the room didn't have one.) Further, from a fire precaution point of view, there were heavy bars on the window, which I consider extremely dangerous, since the room was in an isolated wing with only one corridor for escape.

The room was clean and servicable but very small. We stayed only two nights and only slept there. It is not a place to relax. The staff was pleasant. Continental breakfast was coffee and a roll. The room was quiet and had great darkening shutters. Location was great- only a 10 minute walk from the train station, close to the subway and bus service and within walking distance to many downtown sites.

THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL, THE WALLS DESPERATELY NEEDED PLASTERING AS THERE WERE CHUNKS OF PLASTER MISSING AND IT WAS VERY DIRTY AND IN NEED OF DECORATING. THERE WAS NO SEATING FACILITIES AT RECEPTION AND OUR LIFT BROKE DOWN CAUSING GREAT DISTRESS DUE TO MY WIFES DISABILITY. WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

There was no telefon on the room, theTV-set dosn´t work, there was no hairdryer, no In-room safe, no minibar. We are disapponted for these things. All personal was service-minded.

Very good service! And the location beats everything.. it's my third time in Rome and this is the best hotel I've stayed at. The rooms could need a renovation but it was ok! I really recommend it!

Rooms are to warm in March, too much heating. TV did not work. Breakfast is poor and starts too late, at 07.30 am.

This hotel was centrally located and this was the only plus point. However, due to the very poor location of our rooms - in the corridor near the reception, we (myself and my friends in the adjacent room) hardly slept - We had to endure every conversation the receptionist had with guests, phonecalls, guests arriving, car noise. into the early hours and then in the morning again. The breakfast was also poor with pre-packed and tasteless food - most people brought in their own from a nearby Spar shop to have with the coffee.

The hotel listed air conditioning in the rooms but our room only had a plug in fan. The hotel also listed in room safes but this also was not in our room. You were able to leave valuables at the front desk which was staffed 24/7.
