I booked for the first time via [your website] and the reservation went fine as well as the hotel. the hotel is very well located, near the station and max a 30min walk from all important places. personal there was very kind to all our request, i can only recommend that hotel, single or couple that is going to stay in Rome and enjoy a nice stay.

I am not happy that the San Marco sent me to another hotel because they did not have a room (March 10). The second hotel was inferior in cleanliness and facilities and had a lower price for which I did not receive a refund! Considering that I reserved the hotel in early October, A room should have been kept for me. Too many English Rugby fans? However, when we stayed there on March 24 we arranged twice for a wake up call and received none. We could have missed our plane. So based on not having a room and not recording two wake up calls I think the service is very bad.
