The room which i was given was so small and there was no mini bar in the room. The breakfast was ok as it was a hot breakfast. The hotel staff was cooperative in arranging the site seeing tours for me. But as the room was too small, i think that the pricing is a little high.

Right next to the Termini station the hotel has a very convenient location for the metro and the fast train to the airport. Single rooms are horribly small everywhere in Rome, but in this one you at least had space to turn around. The price I got through HotelClub was very reasonable.

The airco was working magnificent which was a 'life-saving' issue with an outside temperature of 38 degrees. The reception was friendly. The bathroom wasn't great (small and toiletflushing only limited possible), also it was old. The service was good (breakfast possible at 5.30!). My room was quiet. Location magnificent. I stayed here as a woman alone with my son and I experienced the neighbourhood as good enough.

WE HAD A LOVELY STAY AT THE ROYAL SANTINA HOTEL IN ROME, IT WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE TRAIN AND BUS STATIONS SO IT WAS EASY TO GET AROUND FROM THERE. THE HOTELS WAS ADEQUATE FOR WHAT WE WANTED. ENJOYED OUR STAY THERE OVER CHRISTMAS 2006.

Staff were unhelpful, no internet facilities, mini bar did not work, hairdryer did not work, were not helpful when asked to be moved to room with working facilities..apparently none had working facilities, had to wake the barman when we needed ice, breakfast limited, and had to ask them to light burners under warm items, did not restock items as customers depleted it, were accosted by jewellery peddlers in lobby. Great location did not make up for shortcomings!!
